I've ordered from here quite a few times over the years. Their chicken soo guy is always really good and I love it. I'm pretty basic when it comes to Chinese, but my boyfriend loves their General Tao and other spicy chicken dishes. If only food mattered, they would get 4.5 stars.
There are a few issues. One, you have to prepay if you're using credit. I don't like that so much, reading off my info over the phone. They don't have an interac machine so debit isn't even an option.
Also, they close randomly for a few days. I called last night to place an order to find an answering machine telling me they're closed for the day. Again?! What?! -

**Food Poisoning**
Tried this place for the first time last night. Ordered the rice noodles with beef and black bean sauce, two egg rolls and won ton soup
Worst food poisoning i have ever had.
Im only making this negatice review as when i called them to let them know that something made me sick they told me it was my fault as i must be allergic to the black bean sauce.
I eat that at home all the time. I order it on a regular basis.
I have no food allergies.

The 2 stars go solely for the decor and service - I ordered dishes that have a very little chance of getting screwed up - hot n sour soup, deep fried wantons and a shrimp fried rice - soup was passable it had too much stuff in it - those wantons looked and tasted as if they were store bought ; meat in the wantons didn't seem fresh - shrimp fried rice was a horror it was like eating soy fried rice with shrimps on it and it was too dry. The only good thing was the fortune cookie cos it said good things - wait don't they all do?
